Permits West offers a variety of permitting and environmental services throughout the Four Corners region and Intermountain West. Our core services include Rights-of-Way acquisition, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) compliance, threatened and endangered species surveys, Applications for Permit to Drill (APDs), GIS and remote sensing analysis, mine planning and reclamation, Phase I environmental site assessments, Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP), Army Corps of Engineer permits, and a host of related support services.
While we specialize in permitting on federal, state, and tribal lands we also work with municipalities and private land owners depending on the nature of the project. We have a long history of working on tribal lands in the Southwest and offer full-service Rights-of-Way and environmental services on the Navajo, Jicarilla Apache, Zuni, Ute, Pueblos, and many others including Indian allotted lands.
