Co-owner of Permits West, Kitty has worked for over 20 years in energy exploration and other land use projects.  Kitty specializes in landowner negotiations, along with the preparation and execution of rights-of-way, utility easements, and professional services agreements.

She is well-known for her success in obtaining Tribal and BIA approvals for projects, including drilling permits, communication facilities, rights-of-ways, and more, on the Navajo Nation.

Clients also appreciate Kitty's extensive experience negotiating agreements in split estate situations. She has been particularly successful mediating surface owner and mineral owner disputes to mutually agreeable resolutions.
