ABOUT US

Permits West, Inc. provides land and environmental consultation services to a variety of clients throughout the Southwest and Rocky Mountain states, including: applications, leases, permits, rights-of-way, threatened and endangered species studies, wetland delineations, environmental assessments, and GIS analysis. Located in Santa Fe, NM, we have been serving clients since 1984.

Our goal is to use our expertise to help our clients efficiently and successfully complete substantial paperwork, mitigate environmental impacts, implement best environmental management practices and precautions, and negotiate stakeholder concerns for each specific project, allowing our clients to focus on other aspects of project development and implementation.

We comprehensively serve our clients throughout the life of a project by producing all applicable permits, project planning and management, and excellence in site reclamation upon project closure.

We work with all levels of lands and bureaucracy—city, county, state, tribal, federal, allotted, split estate, and private—to facilitate your project’s needs.

Permits West, Inc. has signed thousands of allottees to oil and gas leases or rights-of-way, and has provided its clients with EAs for more than 500,000 acres of leases, over 2,000 APDs, and hundreds of miles of right-of-way agreements.
